House was clean , well stocked and the owners even left a bottle of wine and snacks for us! I loved all of the Serena and Lily decor.:)
Pergrct location near Atlantic Ave restaurants.
We will definitely come back.

Great house!
Great house in a beautiful neighborhood. It's well located and close to everything. The house is accurately depicted in the pictures and is beautifully furnished. It comes with a well stocked kitchen and plenty of cleaning products for your convenience.

The home is a quintessential beach bungalow with a lot of character. The location is really good for access to downtown Delray, the beach, shopping, and is on a quiet street. The backyard is very private, the saltwater pool is really nice, and the splash pad was a big hit with our 2-year old. There are several shade umbrellas to help keep the sun off you. There are also a lot of beach chairs and pool toys available. Inside, the bedrooms are spread-out and provide good separation if you have kids. The kitchen is well appointed and has everything you need, along with a laundry room. Beds, linens, towels were really good quality and in great condition. We slept great. Management was responsive to requests and reached out during the stay to check if everything was okay. I would highly recommend.

For other prospective renters, a few items for awareness (not critiques per-say) are: one of the palm trees that is close to the pool deck has coconuts and at least three fell during our stay because of a couple windy evenings. We moved the lounge chairs so they weren't so close as it just made us a little uneasy. The pool depth drops off quickly, something to be aware of if you have younger / smaller kids. Our five year old could only stand in one small area right by the splash pad, otherwise he was constantly swimming. The ceiling fan in the bedroom that has two double beds makes a bit of noise when it's on (and there is no way to change the speed). We had our two year-old in there so we ended leaving the fan off (although a heavily sleeper may not have been bothered by it). Finally, the location of this house on VRBO's map is not correct. It shows on Lake Dr, across from a playground park area that's right on Lake Ida. It's actually located on NW 7th St near NW 6th Ave. It's a fine location but we thought we would be right across from a children's playground and didn't realize the correct address until after we booked. Seems like that should be fixable with VRBO.

Great stay! Super comfortable and safe home in a good neighborhood! 5 minutes to local shops, bars, restaurants and the beach. The beds are comfy and has good supplies to get you started for your trip. Beach chairs pool floats and a nice cooler come with the home! Highly recommend for a family trip

We had an amazing time at this gorgeous home in Delray. Well appointed, very comfortable furnishings and great outdoors with pool. Close to beaches and restaurants. Loved it!

We enjoyed our stay at Villa Layana, it is a quiet and peaceful home away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to enjoy the beach and Atlantic Ave dining and shopping. Very comfortable and well equipped with upscale furnishings. Beds were great with luxurious bedding. We rented a golf cart that was helpful to get around, it would be nice if one was provided. Pool was heated and clean. Local property management checked in with us periodically and was responsive to questions. Overall it was a wonderful experience!

Pure magic and the best vacation home my family and I have stayed in. Outstanding family friendly neighborhood, great for taking the most peaceful evening walks. Kitchen and utility room are amazing for cooking every meal and not missing a beat with laundry. Open floor plan, very spacious and the most amazing backyard for gathering and making the best memories. I couldn’t recommend this property more - and will definitely be taking my family back here. Bonus - the beds and linens are SO luxurious and promote the most amazing nights rest. 5 STAR!!!!!!

We had a lovely stay. House is beautifully decorated, well stocked and well located. It is situated the Lake Ida neighborhood- close enough to the beach and town but still quiet and private. There is a gorgeous yard and pool. I could have used an iron ��.

We had a wonderful stay in this home. It is compact, immaculate and Yvonne responded immediately to any questions we had. They were open to suggestions to make our stay even more perfect. The only reason I put 4 stars beside satisfied with stay is because the pool was not heated but it will be for next season!!! I have already rented for next season. Location is the very BEST.
