This is an excellent spot in a quiet neighborhood but still easy access to everything. Walking distance to grocery stores, pharmacy, restaurants and public transportation. Comfortable and clean and filled with everything you need.

The place was as advertised. It was well appointed, very clean and comfortable, and in a great location. Check-in and check-out were easy with clear instructions; the property manager was also very responsive to any questions. We had a great week in this little place. For a family with two children, it had everything we needed: pack n play, booster seat, washer and dryer. Very nice location for exploring Pasadena and getting to other points in LA. Highly recommended.

This is our second stay at The Madison. Our daughter and her family live very near by. The location can’t be beat. It’s walking distance to Trader Joe’s and lots of restaurants. Having our own garage parking space in the unit was very helpful. We had an issue with the air conditioning breaking down. Thankfully they someone out that evening and got it up and running again.

Location excellent for us, unit well cared for. Great experience. Only one problem - thermostat difficult, as if on a "locked" setting. Couldn't get it from "heat" to AC. We needed some air, so we opened windows when in the building, or turned on the fans.

Such a comfortable townhome for our family to make as a home base before sending our son back to his job in Tokyo. In walking distance to Old Pasadena, restaurants, and shopping. We enjoyed our stay!

Great location in Pasadena, near Trader Joes, shopping, museums and easy freeway access to see all of LA County.Private gated entry with garage was nice and gave security.Very clean and bright condo, though outdated a bit with old carpet, BR and baths were cheerful and bright. Beds were comfortable.

Beautiful condo!
The condo is beautiful and huge, it was very clean, and had all the amenities me and my family needed! And Kate was very responsive when we had questions! It’s a very nice neighborhood, just a 2 minute walk to a Trader Joe’s and <20 minute walk to old town Pasadena.

We loved our stay at The Madison! It was perfect for my family of 5. It was very clean and had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable! We fell in love with Pasadena and we felt that this condo was in the perfect location as it is within walking distance to local restaurants and we loved that Trader Joe’s was just down the street! It’s a short drive down the freeway to Dodger Stadium, Downtown or Universal Studios. You will not be disappointed by Pasadena or the Madison!

We were in Pasadena for a wedding and decided to make a whole weeke of it. Great place, easy to get to, 5 minute walk to the orginal Trader Joes. 5 to 10 minute drive to Old Town Pasadena, but there were plenty of restaurants and stores near the apartment. Very happy with our stay and would come here again if we come back to Pasadena

This property worked very well for our needs, four adults, here in town to visit with family and enjoy the sites. Convenient to freeway access, yet quiet neighborhood feel. Nice to have two and a half baths available.

We enjoyed the apartment. It was very clean and attractive and was walkable to CVS, Starbucks, Trader Joes and Whole Foods and the light rail. The only downside was the view was unpleasant --the ally and the parking lot. We had little contact with the property management, but were welcomed with a bottle of wine, salsa and chips,

We had a great experience in a great location. Curtains and windows could use some attention. Daytime parking could be better explained and assisted with for 2nd vehicles. I would stay again and also happily recommend.

This is a very nice property. It is well located, clean, well stocked and quiet. We enjoyed our stay and the area is nice to walk in. We would love to stay there again. The only negative is that the WiFi would frequently go out, it wasn’t much of an issue for us but it does mess with the tv if you are watching Netflix. Note the bedrooms are upstairs which I didn’t realize from the pictures again, not an issue. The property is as pictured also.

My friend and I enjoyed this townhouse. It was a perfect getaway spot to stay for a training. It was nice to have space to stretch out after a long day. Plus, there were many restaurants within walking distance. It's very clean and well stocked with everything you need. The management was responsive and the welcome basket was a sweet touch. I would totally stay here again if I come back through Pasadena.

The rental was roomy and bright. There were many stairs. To do laundry you had to walk downstairs to the garage. The bedrooms were on the second floor. I did not like the location of the garage which was difficult to exit and enter into an unattractive back alley. The Trader Joes nearby was a plus.

The Madison was in a great location was perfect for our visit. We loved being able to just walk over to Trader Joe’s to buy our groceries. Having a garage to park in was so convenient. Also, there is a Metro station just a half a block away. The high chair came in handy when our granddaughter came by. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. We will definitely try to stay at The Madison next time we visit Pasadena.

This deserves more reviews. Kate is a fantastic host and was highly detailed. Home was clean, practically spotless and very homey. Had a good nights rest every night I was here. Location is conveniently located in Pasadena as well as easy access to Downtown LA. Highly recommended!

The staff at Vacation Living was perfectly attentive and communicative. Check-in instructions were crystal clear and timely received. In addition, our host representative contacted us on the first day (via email, no text or call thankfully) to make sure everything was OK.

The property in Pasadena (The Madison) was super clean and had everything we needed. The king-sized bed was more comfortable than our own, and we slept like babies. Our kids enjoyed their own TV in their room, so they didn't sleep as much. ;)

Our location was perfect in Pasadena for walking. We were there for an event at the Convention Center and walked there every day. Restaurants galore, Trader Joe's/Whole Foods, several parks, and downtown are all within walking distance. Parking at the Madison was relatively convenient and, most importantly, super secure (gated, garaged).

Two examples of how the Vacation Living went above and beyond:
1. Our travel plans changed at the last minute, and adding a night to our reservation was super easy and cheerfully accommodated.
2. I accidentally left some clothes in the unit, and the housekeeper found them, contacted Vacation Living, and they were shipped to my home. :)

We highly recommend this property and are extremely happy with the Vacation Living experience.

This was the third time we have stayed at The Madison while visiting our daughter and her family in Pasadena. It’s roomy with 2 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. We love having the garage spot to park in. The location is great. We love walking to Trader Joe’s for groceries. We like The Madison so much that we just booked our 4th stay there!

Very nice clean place in great convenient location. Metro rail to downtown is right across the street, Trader Joe’s is literally steps away and getting to old town is walking distance. I stayed here for an event at the Pasadena Convention Center during the day and managed to see a concert at the Microsoft Center (right by the Staples Center).

Place was very clean, having 3 bathrooms is always great for everyone and the beds were comfortable. This unit also gets a lot of sunlight so it’s a very cheery home. I’d definitely stay here again if I’m back in town.

We wanted to visit Norton Simon and Huntington Gardens and museums. Great location. Quiet and walking distance to coffee and restaurants. Trader Joe's on the corner. Would recommend and stay. there again when in Pasadena. Management company is organized and can easily be contacted in case of problem/emergency though we had neither good to know.

A tidy, spacious townhouse at an excellent location. The kitchen was well stocked with flatware, dishes, cooking utensils, a coffee maker, tea kettle (not tea pot), and rice cooker. The bedrooms and bathrooms have plenty of extra blankets, towels and bed linens. A reasonable amount of basic consumables were provided, enough for my two-week stay (toilet paper, dish soap, laundry detergent, garbage bags) so I did not need to purchase any more. The location was very quiet and felt safe.
