This home is perfect for relaxing, entertaining and just hanging out. Very modern and comfortable furnishings, all upgraded with a kitchen built for a chef. Comfortable and charming it's perfect for enjoying time with family. My family stayed three nights with my visiting in-laws and could not think of anything that we didn't have. I would recommend this home for a family or group to hang out, cook, socialize and relax.

Just to make it clear...this house is in a perfect location. Linda Vista is the best street in Pasadena California. Walk to the Rose Bowl, trees beautifully framing the street, fall leaves crunching beneath our feet as we went. The home was great with a beautiful fireplace in the living room. The tv was fine and easy to use, unlike most unfamiliar systems in guest homes. The kitchen is just like the picture and a great gathering place for family. I love to cook and wanted a few more plates and dishes and Kathleen responded quickly and provided the needed items ASAP! What a great company to work with. We had three families gathering for Thanksgiving and we had a wonderful time. 5 stars!
