Nice place, good neighbors, convenient location. Smaller than expected. Tight fit for four adults. Some surprises: two bedrooms one bath on 2nd level and one bath on the first level. Unable to get the usual cable news and sports channels on the tv.

We loved Palm Terrace and were sad to leave. The design was well planned out and was well suited for our family. It was very, very clean. The pool was very nice. It felt very quiet and safe. We had no concerns and no issues. Ivonne was very helpful. She reached out to check on us and provided us with some great local knowledge. We will definitely be back when we visit DRB!

I am a regular renter with VL and Palm Terrcae specifically, I always look forward to returning. The space is perfect, private and cozy and the internet speed keeps me able to work on the days I am lucky to be here. The private patio is my favorite! Always look forward to coming back.

To say that we enjoyed our stay at this special property would be a understatement! From the primo location, comfort & cleanliness of the home, to the palm-framed outdoor spaces and all the little extras, it was so much more than expected.

The hub and I roadtripped south from central Virginia visiting friends & fam and favorite southern cities along the way and stayed at numerous locations but this exceptional cottage was where we felt the most relaxed and at ease; so much so that it was difficult for us to leave it while there- even go to the nearby beach!
I highly recommend staying there during a full moon... just go and you'll understand.

I'd like to add that the stellar property manager is adept at handling anything & everything with expertise so don't hesitate to contact her for any reason.
An inclination is to keep this beauty on the down low so that maybe it's available for my next trip to Delray - but alas a home with that kind of positive energy should be shared so that many might enjoy and add to i!

This unit was a delight to stay in. Well located on nice street, light and bright, tasteful contemporary decor, very well-stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, lots of storage space for its size, and lovely outdoor balcony space perfect for breakfast. The management company was great to work with both in setting things up initially and in the responsiveness of the property manager. The unit is compact and might be tight for four adults for an extended period (2d bathroom is downstairs) but it was perfect for a couple with an occasional visiting relative. Pool is lovely - level of quiet depends on guests in two other units, but most of the time these guests were quiet adults. We plan to stay here again!

this adorable cottage was in the perfect location-short drive/walk to Atlantic Avenue with all of the restaurants/shops and a two min drive to the beach! really cute cottage-super clean and the pool is awesome! the grounds are beautiful and everything was organized. we really appreciated how wonderful Yvonne was and how helpful she was! it was the perfect place for my husband, myself and our daughter! we will definitely be back!

We would like to say that everything about this trip and the rental property we stayed in was fantastic. The home was beautiful, extremely clean and very welcoming. Besides the amenities, we also had no problem contacting a representative ( Yvonne ) who was immediately available to answer any questions we had about the property and surrounding community. We loved our stay at Palm Terrace. The location is super quiet and the house is very comfortable. We rented bikes and with the location were able to ride to the beach and town every day. The neighborhood is mixed with older homes and newer, more contemporary ones. A bit funky but we liked it like that! We would defiantly stay again - - too bad it is already booked for next year.

At first we were a bit irritated when we arrived, because you have to go to the back of the property to find the entrance to the house. This back is on a not very attractive street, unlike the front. But: We were thrilled from the first step into the house!
The house corresponds completely to the impression in the photos. It is clean, tasteful, comfortable and furnished down to the last detail - really nice! We didn't miss anything, not in the fully equipped kitchen, not in towels, nothing in other equipment, it was perfect.
The pool, to which actually all four parties of this small complex have access, belonged to us, that was luck, of course, all by ourselves. Here, too, everything was thought of with the garden furniture, just like on the balcony. We even had a grill at our disposal.
Washing machine and dryer were there for the entire household, but that was also completely problem-free.
We felt comfortable and can recommend the house with a clear conscience. If we ever come back to Florida, then we would love to come back to this house!

The Cottage had everything we needed and was very well laid out. Access to pool on site and walk to Atlantic Avenue Restaurants as well as the beach. Clean and well appointed. Management company responsive to questions. Would book again!

This 2nd story cottage is amazingly well designed. There’s a great built in pantry, and the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The location is great- a quick walk to Atlantic Ave and the management company was top notch throughout. A special Thank you to Yvonne who stopped by with fresh beach towels while our others were in the wash. We hated to leave and can’t wait to come back!

This vacation home had everything we needed! We were able to walk to Atlantic Avenue and it was just a short car ride to the beautiful beach! The ease of communication between property management was amazing!

this is the second time we have stay at the location. last year was the 3 bedroom main house and this year the 2 bedroom coach house. similar to last year great communication and overall experience.

We stayed here for a few days over President's Day weekend and had a great stay. This is a small, but quite cozy and functional, apartment with a good location near the heart of Delray Beach. It is clean and well stocked with everything you might need. The pool is secluded and great for keeping the kids occupied. The only downside we saw was that the bed we slept on was a little uncomfortable, at least for a couple.

Great location
The cottage is cozy, private and super quiet. We frequent the area and this is by far the most quiet place we have stayed in the area. Its in a great location, very walkable to all the local spots, supermarket etc. Equipped with everything you might need. Smart design, great kitchen, lovely private deck and delightful back yard. Really enjoyed our stay. Wifi was great for two working remote. Would stay longer if I could!

Wish I could move in! Comfortable and homey with a lot of attention to detail. Great pool are with beautiful tropical landscaping. Can walk or bike to all stores and beach. Great property managers that are very responsive.

The property is gorgeous and comfortable. Great location for Atlantic Ave visits and to all local attractions. The beds are comfy, lots of storage if necessary. Plenty of towels. Pool and yard are gorgeous and very nice to relax in with beautiful landscaping. Note: 1 bathroom is downstairs and only 1 bedroom has a TV. However, I would stay here again.

Palm Terrace was clean, conveniently located, well-appointed and an absolute "find" in Delray Beach. There were plenty of towels and beach chairs and the owners left a lovely welcome basket with wine, chips, salsa and coffee for our first morning. It was an easy walk to the beach, shopping and other entertainment. We will definitely be back!
