The home was extremely clean and well maintained. The yard was exceptional with pool, dining area and fire pit. Short walk to Atlantic Ave. but Uber ride to the beach. Only complaint was the bathroom next to the twin bedroom. The sink was so small with a mirror above it, you could barely brush your teeth and definitely could not wash your face. Overall great property. We have a fantastic weekend!

This property, located only about a mile away from downtown Delray, was the perfect home away from home for us. We spent a week at the house and enjoyed every minute. The property is completely landscaped with beautiful tropical and the pool area was sunny and open but still quite private. The house was clean and cool and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to host a wonderful dinner party for 10. Kate, Kathleen, and Ivonne were fantastic and handled all our needs with immediate attention. There is no doubt we would stay here again.

Our experience was perfect! The house had everything we needed including beach towels, sunscreen, and all cooking materials. The location was great. We were able to walk to a coffee shop in the mornings and it was a quick ride to restaurants at night. Every room was extremely clean. The property manager was very easy to communicate with.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is conveniently located on a quiet street just a short walk to restaurants, shopping and the tennis center. The house is comfortable and well equipped, and the backyard was fabulous, with a heated pool and outside dining area. Our hosts were very responsive to any questions or needs that we had. We were very happy with our stay at Marigold Cottage. We came for a large family reunion. We had 8 adults, 1 toddler in this house. The location was perfect for us. Parking was also good, I liked the circular drive. The backyard was beautiful. The pool was great! (although a little too warm for summer, but that didn't stop us from enjoying it) The beds were comfortable. The kitchen perfect size for us. The home met all our needs. We would stay again.

This was absolutely the best vacation rental ever! We really love the town of Delray and this home is well situated both to the town and beach. Both are about a mile away, We walked to both most of the time. The house is lovely it is in a neighborhood with other homes but once you enter the front gate you feel like you have entered your own little oasis. The living room in the back is so lovely, filled with windows and light opening up to the backyard pool area that is so beautiful and lush with trees, plants and flowers. The house is really well equipped as well. We plan on going back!

I had to switch towns due to Hurricane, and the Mariposa house was Perfect for my 50th birthday celebration with a few women. We all had our own rooms and the beds were all soo comfortable, and the heated pool helped out since it rained one day, and the back sitting room was perfect for when it rained. We were thrilled to find this home very clean, nicely furnished, and stocked with very cute kitchen supplies. We were there for our daughters wedding and the four bedrooms were perfect for family. We also used the home to host brunches, photo shoots by the beautifully manicured pool, and activities for the ‘day of’ with all the girls. And the location is close to everything! It was perfect in every way!

Mariposa is tucked in to the palm trees on a lovely street. Quick drive to the beach and Atlantic Avenue. Very close to French Bakery and a lovely deli, spa and more. The house was just lovely, old Florida style. Large rooms. Great primary suite with bedroom with huge expanse of sliders out to the pool area. Kitchen was well stocked. Comfy den with large screen tv and sliders out to the pool. We were only 4 people but it would have been easy to have 8. Yvonne was quick to respond to our every need and a real pleasure to deal with. Would definitely return!

Marigold Cottage is lovely, warm, and inviting with a casual, comfortable luxury. A true beach cottage with comforts large and small- including the awesome bed linens! The location is fantastic with quick access to the beach and terrific restaurants. You'll feel like a local in no time! The backyard is fenced in and very private. The host and property manager were beyond helpful and helped make our stay even more enjoyable. They were our port in the storm after Hurricane Ian and took very good care of us.

The vacation house was a great idea and alot of fun. I was able to have my entire family stay in one place. the location was perfect and having a pool was an added bonus. The kitchen was well appointed and the beds comfortable and the bathrooms great. The only negative would be somewhat dark lighting in the front living room and dining area but luckily we had nice weather and this was not a problem in the daytime. The overall experience was great. Mariposa was an A+! We came to Delray Beach for a girls' weekend and it was perfect! The house was very clean, comfortable and spacious and in a great location. Loved the pool. Very relaxing and beautifully landscaped. Your own backyard paradise! The outdoor shower was a hit with our group. Having beach towels and beach chairs provided for us was a nice convenience. The beds and bedding were extremely comfortable and it was wonderful having so many bathrooms for a houseful of ladies! Yvonne with Vacation Living was extremely friendly and helpful with suggesting dining, shopping and other activities. The welcome basket with snacks and wine was a nice touch. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and were sad to leave!

What a great stay for my family vacation! I didn’t show my family pictures of the house because I wanted their first reaction as soon as they walked in the door. They were super excited and thrilled as they walked in. They complimented me on how I did a great job selecting this home and I couldn’t have gotten that response if the house wasn’t amazing. The welcome basket was such a treat too. The pool was a hit. We spent a lot of time in the backyard and pool, which was lovely, and if the weather held up a little bit better we would’ve utilized the grill, but I’m glad it was there as an option. We had just enough space for 9 of us as the master suite (with the bathroom connected) had a huge bed! If I ever redo this family trip In this part of Florida, I would absolutely stay here again and would recommend you do the same! Quiet neighborhood and close to restaurants, grocery stores, and Atlantic ave.

Our 3 nights were very satisfactory. 6 family members rented the Marigold Cottage for 3 nights and we were very happy with the accommodations and location. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean and tidy. The kitchen is well appointed with anything you might need to have a family dinner. The couple of issues we had were attended to in short time. In general we had a pleasant stay.

The place was the perfect spot for our company retreat and we all had a great time. it was spacious and large enough that there was enough room for everyone. The pool and BBQ made a great hangout at night.

I do wish it had better lighting. It's quite dark during the daytime and no ceiling lights to brighten it up.

The house is beautiful. The backyard was super secluded and the pool was amazing. The house was stocked with everything you would need, by far the most of any vacation rental we have stayed at. The only negative was there was a bit of a musty smell in the house but that ultimately wasn't a big deal compared to how great the rest of it was. Our flight got in early and we requested an earlier checkin and they were very accommodating to our request. Great rental for sure!

What a lovely retreat. Perfect for our family get together- ages 8 months to mid-70s.
The pool area was the prettiest we have seen (and we've rented many vacation homes in Florida). The house was comfy, well stocked, spacious and very clean. And the property management company was top notch. The BBQ failed us on the first night and they had a brand new on at the ready! A+++

We loved this house. It was accurately described. The kitchen was well-stocked with dishes, pans, and appliances. The back yard is beautiful. The only reason for the rating of 4 stars instead of 5 is that the pool was too cold to enjoy. The management team was very responsive and easy to work with. Delray was a great location for our family reunion. We had several divers in the group and they raved about their diving experiences with Starfish Scuba. We hope to come back!

My family of 7 loved our stay at the Tropical Gem. The pool area was amazing, and we spent most of our time there. Comfortable and clean bedrooms and living areas.
PopGolf and two great bakeries are at the end of the street. We picked up fresh croissants every morning.
The beach access is 0.8 miles away; a little far to walk and parking is limited. We ended up driving over, dropping over our beach gear, and one person parking the car at home and walking back.

If you are looking for the perfect location in Delray...look no more! We were able to walk to the vibrant town for dinner every night. Every imaginable cuisine and fabulous shopping can be found. When not at the beach, we enjoyed many days in the glorious, private rear yard. There was plenty of space to sit back and relax plus the pool was heavenly! They even have a fire pit that we got to enjoy on one cooler evening. We have rented many homes before but never found a kitchen so stocked with everything you would need to cook a delicious meal including spices and different types of oils etc plus great serving dishes. I can’t say enough about this house other than...if it’s available for your stay, don’t hesitate in renting it!

We had a wonderful vacation at Mariposa. This is the way to go if you want to hang out with your family on a vacation! We planned activities together and we did activities on our own. We were all at home together in the beautiful Mariposa home. We had a campfire on Christmas Eve and we enjoyed the pool. The support was excellent too. Our stroller had a flat tire and not having a stroller with two toddlers was cramping our style, but within hours after asking the property manager, she brought us a pump! I would stay here again, every year!

Mariposa was the location we chose to gather and celebrate our Dads 90th Birthday. The property did not disappoint. Lots of room inside and out to relax and enjoy this tropical Floridian retreat.

The house is comfortably furnished, the kitchen well stocked should you choose to cook, and plenty of room outdoors to have your morning coffee and wine in the evening. Adults and kids all enjoyed the pool!

We did take a walk to the beach just to see how far it was. It's a nice walk, but you wouldn't want to do it carrying chairs, umbrellas and toting kids.

The Management team at VacationLiving was wonderful. They insured all our requests were met and when we had small issues with the property, (pool heater, outdoor lighting) they had someone there immmediately to fix the problems.

It was a wonderful stay and would love to celebrate his 91st here again next year!

Mariposa was perfect for our family group of 7 adults. Everything we needed was provided including lots of towels. Plenty of seating Inside. The kitchen is well stocked with every gadget you might need and lots of dishes, glasses etc. the welcome basket was a nice touch. Pool area is wonderful and lots of shaded seating is available. Local property manager was readily available (only needed her because of threat of hurricane approaching). Location is great, minutes away from beach and downtown Delray.

The accommodations were very comfortable and the property was beautiful! Our only suggestion would be labeling all of the light switches as it took us a while to figure out what went to what, also the central bathroom with the shower was great but it is very dark in there with the light on. Otherwise our stay was seamless and perfect. Thank you for providing the basket of treats which we tore into, the list of close grocery stores, the info binder, and thank you for having everything so clean and fresh for us. My family and I stayed at Marigold Cottage over the holidays. We could not be happier with every step of the process from first contact with Kate at Vacation Living to checking out after our stay. The home was terrific with plenty of space. We spent many hours out by the beautiful pool. Our host Yvonne was wonderful to work with and was just a phone call away. She sent a pool cleaner over to clean up the pool after a storm had blown some debris in it which was sincerely appreciated. A coffee shop is a short walk away and Atlantic Avenue can be reached in about 10 minutes. We could not be more pleased with the property, pool and Vacation Living.

This home was absolutely perfect! I wish I could give it a bad review so that we could have it all to ourselves! But I can’t, it was wonderful! The kitchen is beautiful and has everything you need, the bathrooms are nice and updated. The beds are very comfortable which is hard to find in a rental, but the absolute winner is the pool and backyard! The pool was beautiful and where we spent most of our time. The backyard is large and really a private oasis. We had more than enough room for our family, we could have had more people! The location is also great, we walked to Atlantic numerous times and the neighborhood is lovely! Property management was wonderful, they even gave us an awesome welcome basket! We loved this property and hope to rent it again and again!

House and yard are beautiful as pictured. Furnishings nice and kitchen well equipped. Location is good. Pet friendly.
Some minor exterior issues were dealt with quickly, However,exterior lighting issues identified and not fixed and because of this we could not use pool at night because of this.
Batbrooms not ideal for 4 bdrm house with one bath accessible only thru twin bedrm. Shold consider adding at least half bath in hallway leading to rear bdrm.
Overall, still a beautiful home and relaxing stay.

Best in the area.
We have stayed in several locations in the DelRay area and we were very pleased with this house. Comfortable and large enough for 6-8 adults. Great pool and backyard. Clean and cozy. The location works very well if you are visiting the area. We will stay here again for sure.

The thoughtfully decorated home had every amenity we could possibly need during our stay. The Kitchen was well stocked with all necessities and beds were super comfortable. Kids enjoyed pool floats and the location of the home was perfect. A quick 5 min drive to the beach or town and the neighborhood was quiet and safe. A welcome basket was welcoming and much appreciated after a busy morning traveling. Kate was a pleasure to work with and very accommodating.

This home was perfect for our little vacation! The house/pool area were exactly as pictured. We brought my young daughter and the house was great for her as well. The location was excellent- close to Publix, drugstore, beach and town but you'd definitely need a car. There is a train pretty close by that runs all hours of the day and night, so bring earplugs if this would bother you. It did not wake my sleeping baby, but did wake me a few times. Management was helpful. Would rent again!

Our stay at Marigold Cottage was fantastic! Having family living in Gulfstream for 20 years and visiting the Delray area once a year at a minimum made Marigold Cottage the perfect location. Our three high school kids loved the walk to Atlantic Avenue and made it daily and it was also a close enough walk for our first grader as well. We spent the days around the pool in the well manicured yard, we spent the nights walking to Atlantic Avenue for dinner or ice cream, and we spent plenty of time in the spacious cottage together as well. It truly had everything our family of seven needed and space was never an issue.

We needed a much deserved break from work, and we are so glad we picked the perfect place! I loved lounging by the pool. My friends joined us for a few days, and brought their kids.... They were in heaven. The home was very well appointed. Everything we needed was there .... Even beach chairs and towels to take to the beach. Check in and out were a breeze (We arrived really late the first night). The management team was on it. They called to check up on us, and even told me where to check when I couldn't find the scissors. I wish we could have stayed longer. I can't wait to come back next year!

The house and location were great. Backyard truly peaceful. Layout was fine although one bedroom was isolated from the others . There were 2 bathrooms although one was inside a bedroom . had to do lots of looking for kitchen utensils perhaps they should mark all the drawers. . We used the barbecue but only after scrubbing it . Overall we would stay there again . Except for barbecue the house was very clean. Management company was great to work with .

We had a lovely time at the house. We spent most of the time outdoors at the beautiful pool. We had a total of six guest. The place was quite accommodating with 2 living areas, large kitchen and dining table. The master bedroom is secluded too. The home is dated, but that is the charm.

My husband and I and our three kids came to Delray to visit my parents who live nearby. This home was ideally located, close to Atlantic and a short walk to all the shops and restaurants in Pineapple Grove. The home is spacious with big bedrooms and comfortable spaces to hang out in the living and family rooms. We loved preparing meals in the big open kitchen which has a huge counter that was a great hub when we had our parents and some family friends over. I highly recommend Marigold Cottage and we will definitely be back again!

Atlantic Ave is about a 30 minute walk and the beach is 19 minutes, but when it's beautiful everyday, who cares!

We loved the house!!!! It had everything we needed and more...was in immaculate condition! Close enough to walked to shops and restaurants on Atlantic Ave. which was a big plus for us! We rented Marigold Cottage for a girls weekend. It was clean and spacious. The backyard is very private and so relaxing by the beautiful well kept pool. Located close by to resturants and shops... And easy to work with the owners. I highly recommend renting for a prefect beach getaway !

Wish I could rent this house for my whole stay in Delray. This house serves as a perfect retreat for a couple as well as it does our kids and significant others and also visiting friends. Light filled and well appointed we appreciate the old school vibe of Mariposa.The back yard and pool are just what we love, sun and shade a swim. Yvonne goes above and beyond to make sure everything about our stay is perfect.

My family and I had a wonderful time at Mariposa. We loved the tropical landscaping and pool. The house was well stocked with everything we needed to enjoy the kitchen, pool, and beach. There was lot's of room inside to spread out and enjoy ourselves. I will come back again.

This home was fantastic for our family! The pool area was absolutely amazing! All 4 kids enjoyed it as well as my husband and I! The bedrooms were all so nicely decorated, very comfortable beds and quality linens. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to make meals. The living room was a great space for our family to unwind and the sitting area leading to the deck had a terrific view of the backyard. We could not have asked for anything better! We would come back to Marigold Cottage in a heartbeat!

We visited Marigold Cottage for a weekend ladies trip and it was fantastic! The house is super clean and comfortable. The outside area and pool was perfect! Lots of seating for all. The house had every amenity we could have asked for! We were walking distance to Atlantic and the beach was walkable too (or a quick Uber ride). Yvonne was super helpful and accommodating for those of us that had delayed flights. Would come back in a heartbeat.

Seven women friends of over 40 years gathered in this comfortable home for 3 days. Upon arrival, we were very pleased with the condition of the home. It was very clean and very comfortable. Plenty of seating areas. The configuration of the bedrooms worked well for us and everyone stated their beds were comfortable. The pool was used all day every day. We could not figure out how to turn the outside landscaping lights on. Minor issues with the toilet flushing in one of the bathrooms. Kitchen was well-equipped and spacious- we cooked all our meals. The home is nicely decorated and in a safe and attractive neighborhood. We had a great time- don't hesitate to book this home. Although we didn't take advantage, Atlantic Avenue shops and restaurants were close by. Thank you, Vacation Living!

We absolutely loved our time at Lush! Plenty of room for 8 women, the pool was clean, perfect temperature, plenty of shade and sun. The bedrooms were all comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked and we had plenty of room throughout the house. I would highly recommend staying here!!!

There are three outstanding features about this property: the pool and the backyard; its location; and Yvonne, the property manager.
While the interior is comfortable, the house is very dated. The kitchen is adequate but older; the bathrooms are adequate, but old; and the furniture is just old. (Interior lighting could also use an upgrade.) The room sizes are almost all spacious.
The backyard does make up for a lot of the deficiencies in the interior.
In terms of location, it’s minutes to town, the beach, and shopping. And there is plenty of opportunities for relatively traffic-free biking throughout the residential area just across the road.
Should anything go wrong, or if there is something missing that is needed, Yvonne will swiftly handle all problems. She’s a pleasure to deal with.

My family was in town visiting my sister and her family, and I must say, we all enjoyed this absolutely incredible home! Impeccably clean and well-maintained. From the moment you walk into this house you are overwhelmed with the attention to detail. All of the furnishings are comfortable and well laid out - lots of space to watch TV, space to read, space to talk and space to have quiet. The pool area is amazing. Nice areas for lounging by the pool or to dine outdoors --- and the landscape -- Wow! This home is secluded in a very quiet neighborhood but also very close to Atlantic Ave. stores and restaurants. Yvonne was wonderful to deal with, we had a minor issue with the vacuum and she came right away and replaced it. My sister, who isn't easily impressed said she plans to have all our future family get togethers here at Mariposa house!

This rental was perfect for our family visit. The house is comfortable and very well equipped. We really enjoyed the resort like back yard and pool.
It's in a great location - close to the lovely town with shops and good restaurants, and the beach. Yvonne, the property manager, was terrific.

Our family of 10 had the most positive experience at the Marigold Cottage.
The house is in a perfect location, walking distance to amenities and Atlantic Avenue. It was very well- equipped with anything you would need and spotless!
The backyard and pool area are a dream come true!
Yvonne and the staff are wonderful and always willing to help if you have any questions. There was even a very generous welcome basket waiting for us.

This is the second time I've rented from this company, and I cannot recommend them more highly! Their properties are absolutely beautiful and fully stocked, and the process is seamless from the initial inquiry to check out.
Loved everything about the Marigold Cottage, and everyone we stayed with kept asking me the name of the rental company, and they were already talking about booking future trips with family and friends while we were still enjoying our weekend! Felt like the highest compliment they could have given the property. One person said if she owned the place, she wouldn't change a thing.
Everything about the property, the pool, and the company was perfect. We will definitely be back!

This was our last family vacation before both of our daughters are in college, and our 3rd time visiting Delray as a family. Each time we have stayed in a a different house and each time the house was in a different location. We loved the location of being so close to the water! The house was very clean and very spacious. The only downside is the largest bedroom which is the most private, has no bathroom close...but we knew this going in...there is no true master. My husband and I chose this room for privacy and space and just made the trek to the bathrooms a the front of the house. The outdoor space was very relaxing and private. And as always we enjoyed being in the downtowner district! Great house for the price and location!

This house is immaculate. From the beautifully landscaped yard to the Modern Golden Girls interior design, you will feel every bit relaxed in this Delray Oasis. We never left. My family and I had such a wonderful time. We drove up from Miami for Labor day weekend/birthday fun. We could not get enough of the salt water pool. It's incredibly relaxing and way more healthy for your skin/hair/body. The yard is so beautiful and you get a chance to see chubyy lizards, squirrels and colorful birds scurry about. After a long day of BBQ'ing and relaxing by the pool, you will not be disappointed with how comfortable a nights sleep you'll get in the beds. Everyone in my fam commented on what a great sleep they got. Delray is an awesome city. They have great eateries, Pinball museum, Morikami Gardens and ,of course, the beach. But we didn't do any of it because Mariposa has it all! The flow of the living area was perfect for game night and Karaoke. We also sat through a couple of Harry Potter Movies on Sunday night after cooking a meal in the fully equipped kitchen. I look forward to returning to this house. We brought 4 cars and they fit with a little finessing. Any more than that would probably not be able to accommodate. Oh my gosh, come to Delray and stay in this place! It will not disappoint.

We had an amazing and spectacular time at Marigold Cottage. The house is perfect for a relaxation time and the neighborhood is spectacular and charming. Everything you need is in the house and the host is very accommodating and very attentive during our entire stay.

5 of us got together and had a great time! The house had plenty of room for all of us and plenty of bathrooms. The kitchen was well stocked, there were beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, the house was comfortable and cute. We really liked the decor. The yard was nice and we used the pool too.close to the beach (we drove) and Uber to town for dinner. The yard is very private. The restaurants were very crowded but overall good food. We all said we would stay again. Parking could be an issue if you have more than 2 cars so I would check with management.

Mariposa is a lovely, well appointed, comfortable, clean vacation rental. We hope to return someday. The only negative was the home could use better outside lighting.
